    Client Services, Inc. is an ‘A+’ BBB Accredited call center seeking career minded and highly motivated customer service oriented people to join our team. The Compliance Specialist will review, analyze, document, report, and make recommendations on all incoming legal and regulatory media received by Client Services, Inc. This specialist will maintain current certification of all local, state, and federal licensing and bonding requirements for Client Services, Inc. main and branch offices.

    Responsibilities

    • Receive, analyze, investigate, and report all incoming legal and regulatory media, to include: Filed litigation; threatened litigation from an attorney; Attorney General inquires; Better Business inquires; and inquires from Client Services, Inc.’s clients.
    • Track, trend and communicate complaint data 
    • Provide summaries and detailed explanations, when requested, of complaint information to company clients upon client request or during regular audits
    • Perform background checks on licensed employees
    • Complete various state audits annually.
    • Drafting reports and summaries for executive presentations or RFPs

    Qualifications

    • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Detailed Oriented with exceptional attention to accuracy and quality of work
    • 4 year college degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent.
