    Client Services, Inc. is an ‘A+’ BBB Accredited call center seeking career minded and highly motivated customer service oriented people to join our team. The Controls Manager works closely with the Client Relationship Manager to ensure client requirements are being met. Identifies and deciphers problems which may arise with client processes, federal and state, as well as internal policies.

    Responsibilities

    • Utilize independent discretion to analyze, determine and develop efficient processes for all client related procedures 
    • Interact directly with client 
    • Interact directly with all internal departments including Operations, BT, EDI and accounting 
    • Review exception reports and identify areas of opportunities through programming and/or training and development 
    • Compile daily and weekly Compliance Violation Report and send out 
    • Identify areas of risk and recommend/create improvements to repair 
    • Ensure timely and adequate communications on risk and key issues 
    • Adhere to all company policies, work standards, attendance requirements and work assigned schedule 
    • Use a computer for long periods of time 
    • Adhere to client, company and regulatory requirements and policies 
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management based on the needs of the business 
    • Maintain centralized database

    • Travel may be required 
    • Work schedule may vary based upon client needs and requirements 

    Qualifications

    • Background in a collections environment 
    • Knowledge and ability to navigate the CUBS system 
    • Effective communicator including excellent written and verbal skills 
    • Strong comprehension skills and detail oriented 
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task 
    • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality 
    • Personable and tech-savvy 
    • High school diploma or equivalent
