Client Support Specialist Hourly Range Wage: $11.50/hr - $13.00/hr

(CSI), an A+ BBB Accredited call center located in St. Charles, Missouri, is seeking a career-minded individual to join our team.  In-depth training will be provided as you transition into this new role.  Representing many of the largest and most sophisticated financial service organizations in the United States, CSI is seeking a personable and highly motivated individual to fill our opening as a full-time Client Support Specialist.  The Client Support Specialist will review and maintain specified client reports and logs, including settlement tracking, settlement requests and exception reporting.   • Review settlement applications submitted by staff
  • Submit settlement applications to client for approval
  • Log information received from the processing of the applications
  • Interact with staff to gather required information
  • Interact with operations staff to secure counter settlement offers
  • Order and maintain credit reporting documentation
  • Customer Service/Processing
  • Create and Maintain Policies and Procedures relevant to the job-related duties
  • Document Recording of all requests to and from client
  • Use a computer for long periods of time
  • Communicate regularly with appropriate management staff regarding work volumes, customer issues and obstacles impacting completion


  • Prefer Minimum of one year experience in accounts receivable management
  • Analytical ability sufficient to analyze requests and input data
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, organize workload and maintain accurate files
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, in person and by telephone
  • Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • High school diploma or equivalent
