The Business Technology (BT) Project Coordinator will work with the BT Project team to plan, initiate and manage BT projects; serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects; and monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards and cost targets are met. 



  • Assist in coordinating multiple planned and active projects to assure adequate resources are available to complete projects on schedule and within budget estimates
  • Coordinates with managers, customers and suppliers as needed to properly define and set individual project scope 
  • Develop or update project plans, including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing
  • Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
  • Coordinate recruitment or selection of project personnel
  • Develop implementation plans that include analyses such as cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI)
  • Coordinate activities of project personnel
  • Establish and execute a project communication plan
  • Identify need for initial or supplemental project resources
  • Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs
  • Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans
  • Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables
  • Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings related to Business Technology projects including Daily Stand Up calls
  • Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
  • Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback
  • Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies
  • Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards


  • College degree and/or equivalent experience related to field.
  • Ability to use common Office Automation tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Knowledge of MS Project or similar project management tool. 
  • Ability to coordinate many different activities across a complex technical spectrum. 
  • Ability to coordinate with technical and non-technical staff verbally and in writing. 
  • Excellent problem solving, fact-finding, investigative, and problem solving skills are required. 
  • Ability to organize complex, multifaceted projects and integrate the work of several diverse teams. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
