Hourly rate: $10 - $14/hour based on experience

 

Client Services, Inc. (CSI), an 'A+' BBB Accredited call center located in St. Charles, Missouri, is seeking career minded individuals to join our team. The EDI Specialist serves as a liaison between the collections department and clients as a main point of contact for the client. The Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) specialists act as liaisons for many departments in the company to clients. A majority of transmittable data is created, processed, stored and reviewed by this position

Responsibilities

  • Collects, reviews and inputs data into a computer processing system
  • Responsible for downloading maintenance and placement files from different client and/or third party software systems
  • Processes files in the CUBS system
  • Creates daily, weekly, and monthly invoices for clients
  • Audits output data
  • Creates and uploads a variety of client maintenance files through various systems
  • Codes data and inputs data for computer processing
  • Utilize various systems and software to create output files
  • Processes all inbound and outbound client files in adherence with client schedules and deadlines
  • Oversees day to day client requests
  • Adheres to all client specific policies and procedures
  • Maintains and organizes clear customer files of all client communication
  • Continuously revises procedural lists, control records, and coding schemes to process source data
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of job
  • Maintains professional relationships with clients
  • Works under immediate supervision
  • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment
  • Adhere to client, company and regulatory requirements and policies.
  • Use computer and phone for long periods of time
  • Communicate effectively with employees and others you have contact with
  • Adhere to company attendance requirements and be able to work assigned schedule
  • Other duties as assigned by management based on the business needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Windows applications & ability to navigate between applications
  • CUBS/DOS based computer experience is preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and successfully execute complex tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent time management skills, deadline driven, and energetic team player with ability to work independently
  • Accounting and scripting experience a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
