(Annual equivalent = $56,806)


Including bonus, the average earnings of all Agents is $18.65/hr. 

(Annual equivalent = $37,826)

Responsibilities

As an Account Representative, you will be representing many of the Top Banks and financial services companies in the Nation.  As you transition into this new career, CSI’s in-depth training will teach you how to motivate and guide customers to resolve outstanding debts, while providing outstanding customer service from start to finish.  Responsibilities include: educating customers on available payment options and discussing sensitive financial situations. NO Weekends; but two evening shifts are required weekly.

Qualifications

In this important role you will be utilizing your ability to establish rapport with customers and engage them by providing outstanding customer service & consultation, ultimately leading to a positive outcome for both the customer and our clients. Your professionalism, strong communication & persuasive skills and outstanding customer service will be keys to success in our fast-paced environment. 

  • Ability to work in a structured environment           
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer databases and Type 40 WPM 
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills  
  • Availability to work two evening shifts until either 7pm or 8pm
