Overview

Client Services, Inc. (CSI), a BBB Accredited call center located in St. Charles, Missouri, is seeking career-minded individuals to join our team.  Candidates with call center experience are encouraged to apply.  In-depth training will be provided as you transition into this new career.  Representing many of the largest and most sophisticated financial services organizations in the United States, CSI is seeking a personable and highly motivated individual to fill our openings as a part-time Call Center Operator. The Call Center Operator at CSI answers incoming calls from various parties and transfers calls to proper departments or individuals. We value our employees and are proud to offer a competitive hourly rate and professional work environment.  

 

The schedule for this position is flexible to both daytime and evening shifts. One Saturday a month is required to work 7am-11am. When a Saturday shift is scheduled, the employee may have the opportunity to use Friday as time off; however, all schedules are subject to manager approval.

Responsibilities

  • Transfers calls to proper party and remain courteous and polite to all callers
  • Use computer and phone for long periods of time
  • Communicate effectively with employees and others you have contact with
  • Adhere to company attendance requirements and work assigned schedule
  • Adhere to client, company and regulatory requirements and policies.
  • May assist clerical department with work overflow as needed
  • May look up media and faxes to assure there is a reference number listed.
  • Other duties as assigned by management for the business needs.

Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills are required, plus 5 key
  • 1 year customer service/data entry experience preferred, and must have basic computer skills
  • Employee must communicate effectively with superiors and colleagues
  • All required tasks must be performed accurately
  • Must have concern for order, quality & accuracy, be flexible, detail oriented, and be able to work as a team
  • Be able to complete tasks in a timely manner and meet any required deadlines as given
  • High school diploma or equivalent
